This role owns the annual budget, periodic reforecasts, and monthly variance analysis for an assigned segment or function, translating store, region, and segment-level results into clear commentary for Finance and operating leadership. The Manager partners closely with Operations, Accounting, and business unit leaders to explain drivers of pawn loans outstanding (PLO), pawn service charges, merchandise sales and gross profit, store contribution, and expense performance, and to pressure-test assumptions behind new store, remodel, and acquisition investments. The role also builds and maintains financial models and reporting tools, improves the accuracy and timeliness of recurring deliverables, and prepares materials used in monthly business reviews, executive reporting, and board packages. Success in this role requires strong analytical judgment, comfort with large operational data sets, and the ability to present findings concisely to audiences with varying levels of financial depth. This position may supervise one or more analysts.
