What You'll Do:

  • Marketing Automation & Campaign Management: Design, build, and manage automated email and SMS campaigns to support outreach, onboarding, and ongoing engagement. You'll create audience segments based on complex data sets and set up behavior-triggered workflows to ensure timely, relevant communications. Success means delivering effective nurture, reactivation, and transactional campaigns that are continually optimized through A/B testing and performance insights.

  • Data Analysis & Performance Reporting: Maintain campaign dashboards, track performance metrics, and translate data into actionable insights. You’ll help refine targeting, inform strategy, and continuously improve marketing performance through audience analysis and reporting.

  • Content Branding & Review (Automation Focus): Review country-specific email templates to ensure alignment with global brand guidelines. Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Photoshop is a plus for creating or adjusting visual assets.

  • Continuous Improvement: Apply continuous improvement practices to marketing automation performance by testing, iterating, and evolving how we engage our audiences across the funnel.

  • Data Intelligence: Utilize Excel, Domo, and Google Analytics to translate campaign metrics into actionable insights. Beyond standard reporting, you will proactively identify performance gaps and recommend technical pivots to optimize the funnel.

What You'll Need:

Experience

  • Proven Track Record: 4+ years of experience in CRM, Email, or Lifecycle Marketing.

  • Lifecycle Management: Deep understanding of retention, engagement, and end-to-end lifecycle strategies across Email, SMS, and Chatbot channels

  • Campaign Planning: Ability to translate high-level vision into actionable campaign plans and experimentation roadmaps (A/B testing).

Technical Skills

  • Marketing Automation: Proficiency in enterprise-level platforms, with an emphasis on technical agility. While primarily working within Spotler Activate Pro, Taxi for Email, and SendGrid; prior experience in these specific tools is not required, however a strong foundation in platforms like HubSpot, SalesForce, Marketo, or Mailchimp is essential.

  • Email Craftsmanship: Expert knowledge of email best practices, including HTML/CSS for email, design systems, and rendering tools like Litmus or Email on Acid (including Dark Mode optimization).

Data & Analytics

  • Segmentation: Experience building advanced customer and candidate segments to drive personalization.

  • Analytics: Strong Excel skills and experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure performance.

  • Data Integration: A firm grasp of how CRM data integrates with other platforms to create a seamless tech ecosystem.

Execution & Collaboration

  • Project Management: Highly organized with a "delivery discipline" that allows you to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills, with the ability to manage global stakeholder expectations.

  • Mindset: A strategic thinker who works well independently but thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional team. You are detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with Google Workspace tools.
