About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join team. You will play a key role in optimizing digital advertising campaigns, managing programmatic ad buying, and driving customer acquisition through various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of programmatic advertising, data analysis, and a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns

Project Management & Implementation

 • Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and closure for regulated reporting program implementations

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines and tracking tools

• Manage project scope, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

• Maintain meticulous documentation and ensure compliance with project management standards and regulatory requirements

• Monitor project progress against KPIs and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

• Utilize project management software and tools (Microsoft Project, Hive, or similar platforms)

• Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making and stakeholder communication 

Qualifications

Required qualification:

PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) – current and active

• Minimum 4 years of project management experience

• Proven experience managing complex, multi-phase implementations in regulated environments

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall)

• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships in professional settings

• Ability to work Central Time US business hours
