We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Manager of Customer Implementation Consultants to lead a team of Customer Implementation Consultants (CICs). The Customer Implementation Consultant is responsible for leading the successful implementation of Student Financial Success (SFS) solutions for customers. This role partners closely with customers and internal teams to plan, configure, deliver, and launch SFS products, ensuring implementations align with customer business objectives and best practices.

Where you will make an impact

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Implementation Consultants responsible for delivering Student Financial Success implementations.
• Oversee the successful delivery of implementation projects, ensuring quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
• Establish and refine implementation methodologies, standards, and best practices.
• Monitor team capacity, project health, and resource allocation to meet delivery commitments.
• Performance & Metrics Tracking: Help establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPI’s) to
  measure team success and drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as an executive-level escalation point for customer implementation issues when needed.

What you will bring

• Experience leading customer implementation, professional services, or consulting teams, preferably in SaaS or higher education technology.
• Demonstrated success managing complex software implementation projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging customer success metrics and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all
  levels.
• Strong ability to empathize with our clients and colleagues.
