Join us and be part of something bigger – helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.

As the Manager, Change Management you'll be a hands-on change management practitioner responsible for executing change across one or more workstreams on a transformation program. In this role you will own day-to-day change delivery across multiple, overlapping releases and go-lives, ensuring stakeholders are informed, trained, ready, and supported to adopt new capabilities, processes, and ways of working.

Operating within a standardized enterprise change framework, you'll translate program change strategy into high-quality execution such as communications, training, leadership enablement, readiness activities, and adoption measurement, while proactively managing risks, resistance, and cross-workstream dependencies.

Why This Role Matters

You will deliver transformation through phased, interdependent releases. As delivery accelerates, disciplined change execution is critical to ensure adoption keeps pace and stakeholders are not overwhelmed. You'll play a key role in making change real at the front line and ensuring each go-live lands successfully.

Key Responsibilities

Change Execution & Go-Lives

  • Own and execute end-to-end change plans for assigned workstreams, from discovery through post–go-live reinforcement.
  • Assess go-live–specific change needs (scope, audience, timing, complexity) and tailor tactics accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain integrated change plans aligned to program milestones, release calendars, and PMO governance.
  • Partner with Solution Owners, Product Managers, Business Architecture, and Process teams to align change activities with true business impact and delivery timing.

Communications, Training & Enablement

  • Develop role-based change communications, including announcements, release updates, FAQs, and leadership messages.
  • Create and maintain change deliverables such as QRGs, training materials, reinforcement assets, and manager toolkits.
  • Design fit-for-purpose training aligned to future-state processes and system changes; coordinate delivery with Learning and SMEs.

Stakeholder, Readiness & Adoption Management

  • Identify impacted stakeholders and manage alignment across parallel initiatives.
  • Engage and activate Change Champions to support communications, feedback loops, and local adoption.
  • Support leadership readiness, sponsor activation, and reinforcement planning.
  • Conduct change impact and readiness assessments; identify and manage risks and resistance.
  • Track and analyze adoption and readiness indicators (e.g., training completion, utilization signals, feedback).

Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Operate within the Change Management Playbook and governance standards.
  • Participate in readiness checkpoints, release reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Use data and feedback to continuously improve change approaches and assets.

To be a candidate for this role you will possess the following:

  • Ability to independently manage execution while aligning to enterprise standards.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and written communication skills.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

**This is a remote role, candidates can live anywhere in the US.**

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on change management experience supporting complex, multi-workstream initiatives.
  • Strong practitioner knowledge of change frameworks (e.g., ADKAR) with application in delivery.
  • Proven experience developing communications, training, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), FAQs, and leadership enablement tools.
  • Experience supporting multiple releases or go-lives with overlapping timelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), or other regulated industries.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
