Responsibilities: Contacting clients via phone and other communication channels to sign them up for a trial lesson. Providing information about products/services, answering client questions and concerns, and resolving them effectively. Ensuring clients are enrolled, re-enrolled, and confirmed for trial lessons. Supporting clients throughout the process of enrolling in our school.
What makes you the best candidate?
You can work full-time (hours are very flexible, but you must be available to work on Saturdays and Sundays); You have a Windows or Mac computer/laptop and a stable internet connection; You are fluent in Polish or have a professional level of communication with clients; Knowledge of CRM systems will be an additional advantage.
