Summary of Role

The Manager, Business Finance is a key leader within the Finance Capability organization and serves as a strategic and operational partner to the Finance Capability Global Lead (CGL), driving governance, transformation execution, and operational excellence across global Order-to-Cash, Treasury, and Global Trade Compliance capabilities.
This role translates capability strategy into sustainable business outcomes through governance, transformation delivery, operational excellence, capability maturity, and continuous improvement initiatives. Acting as a trusted extension of the CGL, the Manager provides functional leadership across end-to-end business processes while partnering with Finance, IT, Business Readiness, Organizational Change Management, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to drive strategic alignment, transformation success, and operational sustainability.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Lead Finance Capability governance, operations, and strategic initiatives across Order-to-Cash, Treasury, and Global Trade Compliance, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and Capability Global Lead (CGL) priorities.
  • Serve as a trusted delegate to the CGL by driving execution of strategic priorities, representing the Finance Capability organization in governance forums and stakeholder engagements, and facilitating decision-making across global teams.
  • Establish and continuously improve governance frameworks, operating standards, methodologies, and playbooks that support process governance, operational readiness, transformation delivery, and continuous improvement.
  • Govern business process architecture, documentation, ownership models, and lifecycle management to ensure consistency, compliance, scalability, and sustainability across Finance capabilities.
  • Provide senior functional leadership for end-to-end transformation initiatives, including requirements definition, solution design, testing, deployment, cutover readiness, stabilization, and operational sustainability, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and ERP/SAP capabilities.
  • Drive process standardization, operational excellence, capability maturity, and business process improvements across global Finance functions through collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level performance reporting, KPIs, value realization metrics, risk assessments, and dashboards that support informed decision-making, governance, and strategic planning.
  • Partner with Product Owners, Business Readiness, Organizational Change Management, IT, Data & Analytics, and external stakeholders to support transformation execution, adoption, AI and automation initiatives, operational sustainability, and business outcomes.

Other Responsibilities

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.

Required Qualifications

  • Education – Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Experience – 15+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Order-to-Cash, business process management, operational excellence, business transformation, capability management, program leadership, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Order-to-Cash processes, including Order Management and Credit-to-Cash, within complex global organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience across the transformation lifecycle, including requirements definition, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, cutover, stabilization, and operational support.
  • Proven experience leading business process governance, operating model development, large-scale transformation initiatives, and cross-functional global programs.
  • Experience establishing governance frameworks, operating standards, business process methodologies, and performance management practices within complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders and influencing strategic decisions across business and technology organizations without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree (MBA or related field).
  • Experience leading or providing senior functional leadership within global ERP transformation programs, including SAP S/4HANA implementations and business process transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with SAP SD and SAP FSCM/Receivables Management; additional experience with Treasury, Global Trade Compliance (GTC), Quantum, Signavio, Azure DevOps, or similar business and technology platforms preferred.
  • Experience in business process architecture, capability management, governance design, operational excellence, or enterprise process transformation.
  • Experience supporting executive governance forums, steering committees, or enterprise transformation leadership teams.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, SAP, Business Process Management, or similar credentials.
  • Project management skills with the ability to innovate, execute solutions, and navigate ambiguity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.

Expected Salary Range

$105,000.00 - $189,000.00
