This program will provide exposure to the publishing industry and McGraw Hill, helping you build a strong foundation for a career in the fast-evolving education sector.

How will you create an impact?
As a Management Trainee in McGraw Hill’s Test Prep team, you will gain practical understanding of how supply-led sales can be transformed into demand-led strategies.
Over the course of 12 months, you will work closely with McGraw Hill’s Test Prep sales team on impactful and results-driven projects. This experience will help you build strong sales acumen, gain in-depth knowledge of retail operations, and understand how our test prep products are positioned, promoted, and delivered to learners. You’ll see first-hand how these efforts create a measurable impact in the education market and contribute to student success.

We are looking for a Management Trainee to join our team in Jaipur covering cities in MP too.

What will you be doing?

  • Work closely with senior leaders at McGraw Hill India to gain exposure to critical aspects of our strategy and approach
  • Develop a deeper understanding of the Indian education system by contributing to ongoing, real-world projects
  • Strengthen your knowledge of McGraw Hill’s test prep product portfolio and its value for educators and learners
  • Build and nurture relationships with key retail accounts and high-performing outlets across the country
  • Learn to plan and execute impactful promotional activities and campaigns at the retail level to drive demand
  • Collaborate with retail account managers to understand how data insights, promotions, and product knowledge influence performance at the outlet level
  • Gain hands-on experience in executing the AdvantEdge loyalty and incentive program at strategic retail outlets
  • Learn how to monitor program adoption, track key performance indicators (conversion, engagement, ROI), and provide regular feedback for optimization
  • Train and support retailers and counter staff in communicating program benefits, ensuring smooth execution, and managing reporting processes

We are looking for someone:

  • A bachelor’s degree required, good to have a post graduate degree
  • Prior work experience, internships, certifications, bootcamps, or extra-curricular involvement that demonstrates initiative and leadership will be considered an added advantage
  • Comfortable with traveling across regions in Hyderabad
  • Self-starter with the ability to navigate complexity and take ownership
  • Strong learning mindset with analytical, data-driven, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong, clear, structured communication and presentation skills with attention to process and detail
