As a Managed Care Enrollment Specialist I, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely and make a real difference in the lives of patients and providers. You'll be responsible for enrolling and revalidating providers with various managed-care payers, ensuring that they are properly credentialed and able to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

Compile and submit payer initial enrollment and revalidation applications in various formats, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Monitor, compile, and maintain accurate enrollment records for all providers, communicating updates to internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.

Create timely and accurate reports for managed care payers, performing routine auditing of payer records to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Coordinate with providers to ensure accurate credentials, services, and practice locations, streamlining communication and simplifying processes wherever possible.

Act as a liaison for external privileging with other organizations, meeting contractual obligations and ensuring seamless collaboration.

Maintain department standards while adhering to all required regulations, demonstrating a strong commitment to quality and compliance.

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

Experience in healthcare administration utilizing advanced Microsoft Office and Excel preferred.

Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience preferred.

Additional Qualifications:

Excellent customer service, time management, and communication skills (oral and written).

Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.

Analytical skills and the ability to research industry topics and policies, translating information into actionable items.

Ability to multitask on various projects while meeting different deadlines.

Physical Requirements:

Remote work environment, with minimal physical demands.
