Manage and grow a portfolio of major donors and prospects through personalized cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship, while building relationships with board members, senior leaders, and community stakeholders. Develop donor materials and prospect pipelines, maintain accurate CRM records, mentor team members, collaborate across departments, and help establish a sustainable major gifts program.
Every gift to Crisis Text Line helps someone in crisis get support when they need it most. As our Major Gifts Officer, you’ll build the relationships behind that support.
This is a chance to build a major gifts program while it’s still taking shape. You’ll manage your own portfolio of donors and prospects, work side by side with our board and senior leaders, and have real say in how we find, engage, and thank the people who make our work possible.
You’ll thrive here if you love building trust with people, take initiative, and like figuring out the path as you go. You’ll join a newer team that is building together, and this role will report to the VP of Philanthropy.
