Cube Care Company is looking for an experienced Maintenance & Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our maintenance and laundry service departments. You will manage remote administrative staff and coordiante with technicians, drivers, and laundry personnel to ensure services are scheduled, completed, documented, and invoiced accurately and on time. 

You will also monitor team performance, manage KPIs, resolve operational issues, and help improve our Odoo/CRM systems and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily maintenance and laundry operations.
• Coordinate scheduling, field staff, drivers, and service resources.
• Monitor employee productivity, workloads, deadlines, and KPIs.
• Ensure completed services are properly documented and invoiced.
• Monitor laundry operations, turnaround times, and deliveries.
• Review operational reports and resolve delays, discrepancies, and customer issues.
• Work with accounting, sales, and operations teams to resolve problems.
• Support Odoo/CRM improvements, workflow development, and system testing.
• Prepare weekly management reports and recommend operational improvements.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing maintenance, field service, facilities, laundry, or similar operations.
• Experience supervising remote and field-based teams.
• Strong Odoo/CRM or ERP experience.
• Experience with scheduling, invoicing, reporting, and KPIs.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of operational performance.
