The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Founding Machine Learning Engineer to help us push the boundaries of generative video. You’ll work across multiple modalities (text to imagery to video) and play a key role in training, deploying, and scaling models that power magical user experiences.
You’ll be hands-on with the full stack of model development and deployment, from fine-tuning diffusion models to optimizing inference in production. You should apply if you’ve shipped ML features that real users love and want to keep doing it in a fast-moving, product-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
- Train, fine-tune, and deploy generative models across multiple modalities
- Optimize model inference performance across diverse hardware and latency budgets
- Own infrastructure for serving ML models in production
- Work closely with product and engineering to bring AI features to life in the app
- Debug edge cases across the stack and sometimes jump into product code to unblock yourself
- Help shape the technical direction of ML at Hypernatural
What We’re Looking For
- You’ve trained and shipped real models to real users
- You’ve worked outside of big-company infra and know how to build scrappy, production-ready systems
- You’re comfortable with diffusion models (and have likely fine-tuned one)
- You have strong opinions about how to host and optimize large models in production
- You’re product-minded and willing to work cross-functionally to get things done
- You thrive in ambiguity and value fast feedback and iteration
