M365 Training – Training Coordinator

This is a remote position.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint Online, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, OneDrive, Forms, Outlook, and Visio.
  
• Experience with SharePoint Lists and Planner.
  
• Knowledge and awareness of Microsoft Copilot integration and use cases.
  
• Strong Microsoft 365 training and facilitation experience.
  
• Ability to develop course outcomes, lesson plans, and training content.
  
• Experience delivering virtual instructor-led training through Microsoft Teams.
  
• Ability to deliver full-day and 1–2 hour training sessions.
  
• Experience adapting training to organization-specific examples, use cases, and licensing environments.
  
• Strong adult learning and instructional delivery skills.
  
• Ability to provide in-person training at acute/community sites when required.
  
• Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification preferred.
  
• Provincial Instructor Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  
• Experience working with a large healthcare organization is preferred.
