The LPN, RX Clinical Program Professional 1 integrates programs developed to improve overall health outcomes with a focus on prescription drugs. You will work on assignments that are often straightforward and of moderate complexity. Your work is managed and often guided by precedent and/or documented
procedures/regulations/professional standards with some interpretation.
- Oversee medication therapy, strategy on comprehensive medication reviews, and prescription drug optimization in cases where patients are taking multiple medications.
- Promote health awareness with patients through Rx Education and targeted quarterly campaigns.
- Places outbound calls to confirm patients are taking drugs and provides counseling.
- Understand own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies and operating standards.
- Make decisions regarding own work approach/priorities and follow direction.

Required Qualifications
- An active, unrestricted LPN license.
- One (1) or more years' experience working as an LPN.
- Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for accurate documentation, data management, and workflow optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and encourage collaborative problem-solving across and within teams.
- Proven ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team success.
Preferred Qualifications
- Mail Order Pharmacy experience.
- One (1) year or more years of experience working as an LPN in a specialty pharmacy setting.
- LPN Compact license.
Additional Information
- Workstyle: This is remote position.
- Work Schedule: This role operates on a Monday through Friday schedule, with shifts assigned between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Eastern Time Zone (ET). Additionally, employees will participate in a rotating late shift (11:30 AM – 8:00 PM ET) once every four weeks on a designated weekday. We will discuss further details regarding scheduling during the interview process.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
