As a Loyalty Solutions Consultant, your mission is to bring GK Engage to life for customers, prospects, and internal teams by combining loyalty expertise, solution consulting, engaging product demonstrations, and deep market understanding.

 

Fully remote within Germany (Berlin preferred, but not required).

 
 
What You’ll Do
  • Partner with Sales to drive customer engagements with expertise in Loyalty, CRM, and Retail Technology.
  • Deliver compelling Product Demos that bring GK Engage to life for prospects.
  • Support RFI/RFP processes with Functional and Technical expertise.
  • Contribute to Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and Solution Designs for customer use cases. 
  • Translate Customer Requirements into effective Solution Concepts and Product Feedback.
  • Act as the bridge between Sales, Product, and Customers.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Demo Setups and Sales Environments.
 
 What You Bring
  • Proven expertise in Loyalty, CRM, Customer Engagement, or Promotions.
  • Background in Retail, eCommerce, or Omnichannel environments.
  • Experience in a Customer-Facing Role, such as Presales, Solution Consulting, or Customer Success.
  • Ability to translate Business Requirements into effective Technical Solutions and Solution Concepts.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills, with confidence in delivering Product Demos and engaging with Stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS, CRM, or Marketing Automation platforms.
  • A Structured, Analytical, and Hands-On approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
