Responsibilities

  • Schedule and dispatch moving crews
  • Manage move schedules and coordinate logistics
  • Communicate with customers regarding move details, confirmations, delays, and updates
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and operational systems
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and operational issues quickly
  • Prepare daily reports and provide operational updates
  • Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and operations teams
  • Assist leadership with administrative and executive support tasks


Requirements

Must Have:

  • Minimum 2 years of moving industry experience
  • Experience dispatching crews or coordinating moving operations
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Experience handling customer communication and scheduling
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable computer, headset, and internet connection
  • Available to work full-time
