Logistics Coordinator

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Logistics Coordinator to oversee the planning and execution of logistics operations. This fully remote role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to manage suppliers, shipments, and timelines effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, and suppliers to manage logistics schedules
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or disruptions
• Maintain accurate logistics records, shipping documentation, and compliance paperwork
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with procurement
• Prepare logistics reports and analyse performance metrics
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency

Qualifications and Experience

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight coordination
• Knowledge of import/export documentation and customs procedures
• Proficiency in logistics or ERP software
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills for supplier and stakeholder management
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines remotely
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred

Salary: R27,000/month | 100% Remote
