Position Summary
The Learning Management System Analyst provides ECU Health an optimal technology solution for offering, capturing and documenting professional and leadership education, clinical and nonclinical, throughout the enterprise. Analysts partner with education coordinators, educators, instructional designers, and external vendors to ensure relevant, accurate and meaningful learning offerings are provided to team members and leaders. Analysts manage and safeguard learning content and records providing reports to all levels of ECU Health Leadership.
The LMS Analyst is a customer-service oriented problem-solver who works well in a fast-paced, highly complex and matrix organization. The LMS Analyst II has an understanding of learning management system industry best practices, an emerging understanding of the healthcare industry, and thrives in a multitasking environment.
Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in adult education, instructional technology, educational leadership or closely related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience required
- Relevant Master's degree preferred
- 3+ years' experience in all phases of Learning Management System management (Cornerstone OnDemand preferred)
- Mastery of current eLearning/learning technology and tools, including audio, video, HTML and SCORM
- 3+ years' experience in all aspects of program development for online learning
- 3+ years' experience as a Database Administrator with all aspects of insuring data integrity and data management including integration from platforms such as PeopleSoft
- 3+ years' experience with HTML, CSS and Java Script plus experience using third party code such as boostrap
- 3+ years' experience working with graphics software to develop web page images and layout
- Ability to convert desktop web pages to mobile device
- 3+ years' experience with SQL report writing
- Ability to develop complex reports using all aspects of the LMS
- 1 year experience in healthcare related needs assessment, program planning, development and teaching preferred
Pay Range
$65,520.00 - $95,501.12/year
