  • Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Prepare and maintain employment documentation, personnel records, leave records, and other HR-related information.
  • Coordinate employment contracts, payroll inputs, benefits, and administrative matters with management, accountants, and legal advisers.

  • Assist managers with performance reviews, goal setting, employee development, and feedback processes.
  • Monitor employee engagement and help identify workplace concerns before they become larger problems.
  • Support training, professional development, and team-building initiatives.
  • Ensure that sensitive employee and candidate information is handled securely and confidentially.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and provide management with useful recruitment and workforce reports.
  • Promote a professional, inclusive, accountable, and collaborative working environment.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, or people operations.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Ability to review CVs, conduct structured screening interviews, and assess candidates consistently.

  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise multiple responsibilities, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Very good written and spoken Greek and English.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or another relevant field.
