At Rezilient, we’re redefining what primary care looks like, making it more accessible, seamless, and patient-centered than ever before. Through our innovative CloudClinic model, we combine virtual provider visits with smart, tech-enabled infrastructure to deliver timely, personalized care. By removing traditional barriers to access and continuously expanding our specialty offerings, we’re building a healthcare experience that’s as convenient as it is comprehensive.
About the Role:
The Lifecycle Marketing Manager owns the execution of personalized, end-to-end marketing journeys that engage B2B2C and B2B audiences from first touch through long-term retention and advocacy. This role brings campaigns to life across key moments like new customer implementation, ongoing B2C engagement, and events, ensuring every interaction feels timely, relevant, and cohesive.
In this role, you’ll build and optimize multi-channel programs across email, SMS, and in-app experiences using tools like Customer.io and HubSpot, leveraging data, segmentation, and automation to drive meaningful connections. As a key partner across Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Clinical teams, you’ll help shape seamless, patient-first experiences that align with business goals, including engagement and outcomes. You’ll also act as a champion for innovation: using AI and emerging tools to scale impact, while ensuring all communications meet HIPAA standards and healthcare marketing best practices.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Architect and execute lifecycle marketing strategies across B2B2C and B2B audiences, supporting every stage of the customer journey from awareness and lead nurture through customer engagement, member activation, retention, and advocacy.
- Lead lifecycle marketing for new customer launches, seasonal campaigns, product launches, webinars, events, and integrated marketing initiatives by developing communication plans that drive engagement before, during, and after each campaign.
- Build and optimize sophisticated lifecycle journeys in Customer.io and HubSpot, including email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, lead nurture campaigns, behavioral triggers, audience segmentation, and personalized communications.
- Serve as the internal expert on Customer.io platform capabilities, including setting operational standards and training other members of the team.
- Develop scalable lifecycle programs that improve customer experience while creating greater efficiency across the marketing organization.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Data to define behavioral events, customer segments, integrations, and campaign triggers that support more personalized marketing.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Clinical Operations, and the broader Marketing team to ensure campaigns and customer communications align with business priorities, including annual campaigns for enterprise level customers, and deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor campaign and lifecycle performance, identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, reduce friction, and increase marketing effectiveness through data-driven optimization. This includes running all email and SMS campaigns, owning the build calendar, sequencing, establishing cadence, A/B testing, tracking performance across both channels, and mapping in customer details, preferences, and contract considerations.
- Use AI and emerging marketing technologies to accelerate campaign development, improve personalization, and increase the speed and quality of execution.
- Ensure all lifecycle communications meet HIPAA requirements and healthcare marketing best practices while maintaining a thoughtful, customer-first experience.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, or customer marketing.
- Healthcare marketing experience required.
- Startup or high-growth company experience required.
- Expert-level experience building campaigns and customer journeys in Customer.io.
- Strong experience using HubSpot for marketing automation, lead nurturing, segmentation, and campaign execution.
- Experience managing lifecycle marketing across multiple audiences, including both B2B and consumer or member engagement.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to interpret customer behavior and campaign performance to inform marketing strategy.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Data teams.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a builder's mindset. You're comfortable working independently, adapting quickly, and helping shape new processes as the company grows.
- Experience using AI tools to improve marketing workflows, content development, campaign optimization, and operational efficiency.
