BiG is actively seeking experienced, currently licensed Health Insurance Agents to join our growing team. This position is for agents who already hold an active health insurance license. If you are not currently licensed, this role is not the right fit at this time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow new business opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with clients.
• Educate clients on the insurance products that best fit their needs.
• Work alongside a high-performing team while achieving your individual sales goals.

Requirements

• Active Health Insurance License (required to be considered)
• Previous health insurance sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
