About the Role

Rick Francis Farmers Agency is looking for an experienced, licensed Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely. We’re seeking a dependable, customer-focused professional who understands the insurance industry and enjoys building strong client relationships.

This is a great opportunity for someone who can provide outstanding service, confidently handle policy-related questions, and help clients understand their coverage options—all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Provide prompt, professional customer service by phone, email, and other communication channels.
Assist clients with policy questions, billing inquiries, renewals, endorsements, and general account servicing.
Explain coverage options and help clients understand their insurance needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Identify opportunities to review coverage and recommend additional products when appropriate.
Maintain accurate client information, policy documentation, and account records.
Follow up on customer requests to ensure a positive experience and timely resolution.

Qualifications

Active insurance license required.
Prior insurance industry experience required.
Farmers experience a big plus!
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to explain insurance information clearly and professionally.
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Comfortable using computers, email, and agency management systems.
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage responsibilities in a remote environment.
A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service.
