In this role, you will provide counseling and therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing mental health and substance use challenges.  This role is remote and community based.  Our clinicians work alongside an interdisciplinary team to deliver trauma-informed, person-centered care that promotes resilience, recovery, and long-term wellness. Complete comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that support each client's unique goals. Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions that promote emotional wellness, recovery, and improved daily functioning. Partner with families, caregivers, schools, healthcare providers, and community agencies to coordinate care and support positive treatment outcomes. Assess client safety, provide crisis intervention when needed, and develop safety plans to support ongoing stability. Utilize person-centered and trauma-informed practices to engage clients and strengthen therapeutic relationships. Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation within the electronic health record. Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, clinical supervision, and ongoing professional development. Help clients build healthy coping skills, strengthen resilience, and achieve meaningful progress toward their treatment goals. QualificationsRequired Qualifications Active Ohio licensure as one of the following: LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, IMFT Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Strong assessment, communication, organizational, and clinical documentation skills. Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Experience working in outpatient, school-based, community behavioral health, or integrated care settings. Valid Ohio driver's license and proof of automobile insurance. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Trauma-Informed Care, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy. Familiarity with DSM-5-TR, ICD-10, and electronic health record systems. Bilingual skills are a plus.
