Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs, strengths, and goals
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and care teams
Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy and counseling services
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and agency standards
Connect clients with community resources, support services, and referral networks
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, integrated care delivery
Requirements:
Active Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) license in the state of Ohio
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
Experience in clinical social work, behavioral health, or a related setting preferred
Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation
