Role Overview

We are looking for personable, organized individuals who enjoy working with customers and helping them create memorable vacation experiences. As a Client Vacation Advisor, you will learn about each client's interests, budget, and preferences, research suitable options, and assist with coordinating the arrangements they select.

Client requests may include all-inclusive resorts, cruises, family vacations, couples getaways, group trips, international destinations, tours, transportation, and activities.

Previous experience in the travel industry is not required. Training, educational resources, and professional development opportunities are provided.

What You'll Do

• Consult with clients to understand their vacation goals, preferred dates, budget, and interests
• Research destinations and vacation experiences that match individual requests
• Explore resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, and activities
• Compare available choices and provide personalized recommendations
• Explain relevant amenities, inclusions, and reservation information
• Assist clients with coordinating their selected vacation services
• Complete reservation-related tasks through approved supplier platforms
• Review traveler and booking information for accuracy
• Organize confirmations and important trip details
• Monitor payment schedules and other reservation deadlines
• Maintain communication with clients throughout the planning process
• Provide updates and assist with routine questions or changes
• Keep accurate client and reservation records
• Stay current on destinations, promotions, and supplier offerings

• Customer-focused and comfortable working directly with clients
• Organized with careful attention to detail
• Able to research and compare information effectively
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and follow-ups
• Dependable and able to work independently
• Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
• Willingness to learn new systems and booking technology
• Reliable internet connection and compatible device
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, or another qualifying region
