If you’re ready to bring steady, people-first support to a fully remote team, apply today.
You’ll work fully remote within Eastern Time, carving out roughly 10 hours across the week. A typical day might start by reviewing notes from recent conversations, then hopping into a Zoom check-in to confirm what’s going well and what needs attention. Between calls, you’ll tidy up timelines and contact records, send clear follow-ups, and coordinate next touchpoints. You’ll also make time to look for patterns—where communication could be smoother, where expectations need resetting, and where a client might be ready for a thoughtful expansion conversation. The day ends with a quick scan of open threads so nothing slips through the cracks.
