Transformational Health Network (TrHN) is expanding its government recruiting division and looking for experienced 1099 recruiters who know how to find qualified candidates and get placements made.

This is not a passive recruiting position.

We are looking for recruiters who are ready to source, call, qualify, submit, and close candidates for government contracting opportunities.

🔥 WHAT YOU'LL RECRUIT

Our immediate need includes recruiters experienced with:

• Attorneys

• Legal Professionals

• Healthcare Professionals (Physicians and APP) 

• Other government contract requisitions

Additional government opportunities may become available across multiple professional disciplines.

💼 WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Take ownership of active government requisitions

• Aggressively source qualified candidates

• Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking

• Build and maintain your own candidate pipeline

• Screen and qualify candidates

• Submit qualified candidates quickly

• Follow candidates through the hiring process

• Work directly with TrHN recruiting and business development leadership

• Keep all candidate activity and communications documented in the ATS/CRM (Greenhouse)

• Consistently work active requisitions until they are filled

You should be someone who:

• Has proven recruiting experience

• Knows how to find difficult-to-reach candidates

• Isn't afraid to pick up the phone and cold call

• Can work independently without constant supervision

• Moves quickly when a strong candidate is identified

• Understands the importance of candidate follow-up

• Is motivated by commission and results

• Wants to build a long-term book of business and candidate network

Government recruiting experience is strongly preferred.

Existing relationships with attorneys, legal professionals, government contractors, or professional candidates are a major plus.
