What You'll Do

  • Support Clients: Serve as a key point of contact, provide case updates, answer general questions, coordinate appointments, and maintain professional and compassionate communication.
  • Manage Cases: Open and maintain client files in Filevine or similar case management software, track deadlines and case activity, and help keep matters moving forward.
  • Coordinate Medical Records: Obtain, organize, and summarize medical records, bills, accident reports, and other case documentation.

  • Support Settlement Preparation: Assist with settlement demand packages and communicate with insurance adjusters as needed.
  • Coordinate Litigation Activities: Schedule depositions, mediations, hearings, and other case-related events and maintain accurate calendars.
  • Collaborate With the Legal Team: Work with attorneys, case managers, legal assistants, and investigators to support the progression of cases.
  • Assist Where Needed: Provide support with intake, records retrieval, and other case-related responsibilities.
