πŸ”Ž What we’re looking for
  1. 2+ years in training, facilitation, coaching, L&D, instructional design or similar roles.

  2. Strong English communication (C2) that leads to engaging training and coaching experiences.

  3. Experience with AI/automation tools (GPTs, workflows, automations) to enhance simulations during training, speed up feedback, and improve learning processes.

  4. Background using LMS tools.


What you'll do:
  1. Train & Coach: Guide our EAs from foundational skills to staffable readiness through live sessions, simulations, role-plays, and 1:1 coaching.

  2. Instructional Design: Build and update learning resources including curricula, rubrics, playbooks, and other materials so they're clear, practical, and true to how Viva works.

  3. Stakeholder & Operational Coordination: Partner closely with the Go-To-Market team to align on staffing, readiness, and performance trends. That means you'll step in and out of meetings, be an active partner in our staffing/matching process, and take on all the admin work it takes to train our team to be high-performers.

  4. AI & Automation: Use AI daily to work smarter, coach EAs on practical AI adoption from basics to advanced use to offer the most AI-savvy EAs to our customers, and implement automations that streamline workflows and scale learning.
