The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position across our US locations. The "pay scale" provided is a good faith estimate of the range the employer reasonably expects to pay for the position at the time of hire. Actual salary will be determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and specific geographic location.

Job Description:

We are looking for a strategic and highly technical LMS Architect to own and evolve our enterprise learning technology ecosystem. This person will be the primary technical authority for our Docebo platform, while leveraging their background with other LMS platforms to benchmark best practices, manage complex integrations, and ensure a scalable architecture.
Key Responsibilities:

• Docebo Strategy & Architecture: Configure, scale, and optimize Docebo (including Extended Enterprise, Automations, and Learning Plans). Enforce governance, domain structures, and user permissions.
  
• Integrations & Ecosystem: Connect Docebo with core systems (HRIS, Salesforce, SSO/Identity Providers) using APIs and webhooks. Use experience from other LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Workday Learning, etc.) to guide ecosystem improvements.
  
• Automation & Analytics: Build automated workflows for onboarding, audience rules, and compliance tracking. Design dashboards to report on learning metrics and KPIs.
  
• Technical Troubleshooting: Ensure content compliance with modern standards (SCORM 1.2/2004, xAPI) and act as the top-tier escalation point for complex integration or API issues.
  
• Roadmap & Partnering: Collaborate with L&D leaders and IT to translate business needs into technical execution and manage the vendor relationship with Docebo.
  

Core Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in LMS architecture, enterprise administration, or learning systems engineering.
  
• Proven track record of technically configuring and scaling Docebo in an enterprise environment.
  
• Hands-on technical experience with at least one other major enterprise LMS (e.g., Workday Learning, Cornerstone, Absorb, Canvas).
  
• Proficiency with REST APIs, Webhooks, SSO (SAML 2.0, OAuth), and e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI, cMI5).
  
• Ability to build automated governance models and translate complex business requirements into system architecture.
  

Nice-to-Haves:

• Official Docebo certifications.
  
• Direct experience executing LMS migrations (to or from Docebo).
  
• Experience with Extended Enterprise (multi-tenant, customer/partner-facing portals).
  
• Data/analytics skills (SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
