As a Lean Architect (m/f/d), you play a key role within the Lean Processes team as part of ENERCON’s international Lean Administration Program. You will support our departments worldwide in establishing efficient working methods and implementing sustainable process optimizations. The position can be filled at any ENERCON location in Germany.

 

Your tasks

  • Independently consulting and supporting departments in introducing efficient working methods and optimized administrative processes
  • Creating and implementing standards within departments to ensure effective task execution
  • Conducting analyses across departments and multiple teams as a basis for continuous improvement
  • Coaching employees and managers on Lean working methods
  • Conducting trainings on Lean Administration and onboarding new colleagues in the Lean team
  • Supporting the implementation of a corporate culture that strives for continuous improvement and embraces Lean principles
     

Your qualifications
 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or business-related field
  • Profound professional experience in Lean management
  • Basic knowledge of process analysis, process optimization or Lean methods
  • Initial experience in conducting workshops and coaching sessions
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills and openness to new ideas and ways of working
