Lead Product Manager

We're partnering with our client, a leading entertainment and hospitality company, to find a talented Lead Product Manager. This temp role is based onsite two days per week and is expected to last over 18 months. Join a team that drives innovative digital experiences for their premier vacation brands, supporting guest engagement and business growth. *Lead Product Manager Responsibilities:* * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital product strategies that align with business goals. * Translate ideas into actionable plans by creating detailed documentation and user stories for product development. * Oversee the launch and enhancement of digital products, ensuring clarity of goals across teams. * Act as the primary contact for product-related activities, escalating issues and supporting resolution efforts. * Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels to present performance results and strategic updates. *Lead Product Manager Qualifications:* * Over 5 years of experience in the digital industry supporting customer-centric experiences. * At least 7 years of product management experience supporting global or national brands. * Proven ability to partner with Technology, Design, and Business teams in an Agile environment. * Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data to inform decisions. * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; experience with consumer digital commerce platforms preferred. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement.
