👋What are our wishes?

We are looking for an experienced Lead Microsoft 365 Architect Developer to design, develop, and enhance SharePoint Online solutions within a Microsoft 365 environment. The role involves building custom SPFx web parts, integrating taxonomy and governance platforms, developing automation workflows, and supporting enterprise search and metadata management initiatives.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly SharePoint solutions.

This is a remote international role with a 1-year project engagement and alignment to Manila business hours.

Required Qualifications

Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies and application development.

3+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 development.

Extensive experience with:

• SharePoint Framework (SPFx)

• Microsoft Graph API

• PowerShell / PnP PowerShell

• SharePoint Online administration and development

Experience integrating enterprise applications, APIs, and Microsoft 365 services.

Extensive knowledge of:

• SharePoint metadata management

• Taxonomy and content classification

• Enterprise search solutions

• Microsoft Search

Experience designing and implementing custom SharePoint web parts and templates.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PoolParty Taxonomy Management.

• Experience with AvePoint Cloud Governance or similar M365 governance platforms.

• Experience configuring automated provisioning and governance workflows.

• Microsoft 365 or SharePoint certifications.

• Experience working within highly regulated or international organizations.

• Familiarity with security, compliance, and governance best practices within Microsoft 365.

💼How can you contribute to the team? 

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Development

• Design and develop SharePoint Online site templates, page templates, and custom web parts.

• Build and maintain solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx).

• Develop workflows and automation to improve site functionality and user experience.

• Create integration solutions using Microsoft Graph API and PowerShell.

Platform Integration

• Integrate SharePoint with taxonomy and metadata management platforms.

• Configure governance and site provisioning solutions within Microsoft 365.

• Implement enterprise search and metadata-driven content discovery.

• Support integration of new functionality into existing SharePoint environments.

Testing & Deployment

• Perform functional testing and quality assurance activities.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve identified issues.

• Assist with deployment, migration, and implementation activities.

Documentation & Training

• Create technical documentation, user guides, and maintenance materials.

• Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for end users and administrators.

• Support ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Manila Time (must align with the client's business calendar and holidays)
