Working across a global organization, you will collaborate particularly with colleagues in North America and India and play an important role in keeping projects aligned and moving forward across regions and time zones.

This position is fully remote in Poland and follows standard Polish working hours, with some flexibility needed for occasional collaboration with North American colleagues.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Translate business, performance, and capability needs into learning strategies and high-level learning solution designs.
  • Conduct front-end analysis and needs assessments to identify performance gaps, learning requirements, and appropriate solutions.
  • Architect curricula and learning experiences grounded in adult learning principles and aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with Talent Development, business stakeholders, and Instructional Design teams to guide learning solutions from concept through development.
  • Develop evaluation approaches using the Kirkpatrick model and leverage learner feedback, proficiency results, and performance metrics to measure effectiveness and inform improvements.
  • Collaborate across global teams, particularly in North America and India, to maintain alignment and facilitate smooth delivery across time zones.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to instructional designers and trainers to strengthen the quality and consistency of learning solutions.
  • Evaluate emerging learning technologies and multimedia approaches, including audio, video, and animation, to enhance digital and blended learning experiences.

What We Look For in a Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience.
  • 6+ years of related professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience translating business or performance needs into learning strategies, curricula, and solution designs.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies, and learning evaluation practices.
  • Experience designing solutions across multiple learning modalities, including instructor-led, eLearning, and simulation-based learning.
  • Proven program or project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with online course publishing standards, including SCORM and AICC.

Preferred

  • Experience working within a global Learning & Development organization and collaborating effectively across regions and time zones.
  • Experience partnering with Talent Development, business stakeholders, and Instructional Design teams throughout the learning development lifecycle.
  • Experience applying the Kirkpatrick model and using learner feedback, proficiency testing, and performance data to evaluate and improve learning solutions.
  • Experience coaching or providing professional guidance to instructional designers and trainers.
  • Experience researching and integrating emerging learning technologies into learning solutions.
  • Experience incorporating multimedia, including audio, video, and animation, into digital or blended learning experiences.
  • Ability to develop creative, effective learning solutions in complex and time-sensitive environments.
  • Flexibility for occasional collaboration with colleagues in North American time zones while primarily working standard Polish hours.
