The Lead Analyst will design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for Institutional Services software applications. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure high-quality software delivery.

CTG is seeking to fill a Lead Institutional Services Automation Quality Control Analyst opening for our client.
Location: Wilmington, DE
Duration: 8 months
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead QA automation and quality control for Institutional Services software applications.
Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for UI, API, integration, performance, and load testing.
Develop and execute test automation strategies, test scripts, test cases, and regression testing.
Manage test cases and coverage using Zephyr or similar test management tools.
Translate business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria into automated test scenarios.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing throughout the SDLC.
Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, and QA teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Identify, troubleshoot, and report software defects; monitor test results, automation metrics, and KPIs.
Evaluate AI-assisted testing tools and automation technologies to improve test coverage and efficiency.
Support test data, environment management, performance testing, security testing, and quality reporting.
Provide technical guidance and serve as a resource for less experienced team members.
Follow applicable risk, regulatory, audit, and internal control standards.
Scope of Responsibilities:
Lead test automation engineering and business process validation to ensure high-quality software delivery for Institutional Services customers.
Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:
No supervisory responsibilities.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience in QA, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Software Testing, or Test Automation.
Strong experience with automation frameworks, UI/API testing, scripting, CI/CD, regression testing, and Agile/Scrum.
Experience with Zephyr or test case management tools.
Education and Experience Preferred:
Banking or financial services experience.
Experience with performance, security, load, and integration testing.
Experience with AI-assisted testing and automation tools.
Experience mentoring QA or automation engineers.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $47.36 - $78.94/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
