Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Generator, you will play a key role in supporting a leading healthcare brand by:

• Identifying and qualifying opportunities within a designated customer portfolio
• Generating high-quality leads for field-based medical representatives
• Engaging with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and interests
• Scheduling appointments and facilitating valuable customer interactions
• Building and maintaining professional relationships 
• Managing and developing a pipeline of opportunities to meet and exceed performance targets
• Accurately recording customer interactions and activity within internal systems
• Delivering a high-quality customer experience with every interaction
• Developing a strong understanding of the NHS, healthcare environment, and pharmaceutical industry
