As a Lead Field Service Technician for Honeywell, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality service and support to our customers by evaluating, testing, and maintaining complex combustion systems and equipment. You will utilize your technical expertise to identify issues and provide exceptional customer service in the field.

You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you’ll work remotely for our Honeywell facility at various customer locations. Travel is a must, expect 70% travel requirements.

In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency by ensuring timely and effective resolution of service requests, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
