Lead Event Producer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Annual calendar planning + JIT opportunity evaluation 

2. Contract review, budget recommendation, and spend tracking 

Collateral production (Cvent pages, emails, social, signage, booth design) 

3. Lead capture (iCapture or regional equivalent) and Salesforce hygiene 

4. Post‑event reporting with KPIs and insights 

5. Build relationships with organizers for speaking slots and partnerships 

6. Adopt and share best practices across regions; contribute to BKMs and templates 

Required Qualifications

• Experience in event production (B2B tech or industrial preferred) 

• Demonstrated autonomy in remote environments; strong written/verbal skills 

• Hands‑on with Cvent, Salesforce, and project tools (Asana, Confluence, Skilljar) 

• Budget & contract fluency; vendor negotiation experience 

• Language & compliance per region (see below) 

• Region‑Specific Requirements 

• English + Spanish (fluent)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with cross‑functional teams (Sales/Finance/HR/ES) 

• Track record securing speaking opportunities and partnerships 

• Basic analytics and reporting proficiency
