This individual will be responsible for expanding market share, developing strategic customer relationships, and growing the Aerofoam and Hira Industries product portfolio within the HVAC, mechanical insulation, refrigeration, plumbing, and construction markets. The ideal candidate is a bilingual sales professional with 5–10 years of experience in the LATAM HVAC or building products industry who thrives on developing new business, strengthening existing customer relationships, and driving long-term profitable growth.   Core Responsibilities 1. Drive Regional Sales Growth Develop and execute a strategic sales plan that delivers sustainable revenue growth while expanding Hira and Aerofoam USA's presence throughout Latin America. Key Deliverables Achieve annual sales and gross margin objectives. Grow market share within assigned territories. Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate revenue forecasts. 2. Develop Strategic Customer Relationships Build and strengthen long-term partnerships with distributors, OEMs, contractors, consulting engineers, architects, and other MEP/AEC stakeholders. Key Deliverables Increase customer retention and account penetration. Conduct regular customer visits across the region. Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and responsiveness. 3. Expand New Business Opportunities Identify, qualify, and secure new customers, distribution partners, and project opportunities while increasing product specifications within the commercial and industrial construction markets. Key Deliverables Acquire new strategic customers and channel partners. Increase project specifications and approved vendor opportunities. Develop new business opportunities across key LATAM markets. 4. Champion the Hira Industries & Aerofoam USA Portfolio Promote and expand the complete Hira Industries portfolio by identifying cross-selling opportunities that support the built environment. Key Deliverables Increase adoption of complementary Hira and Aerofoam product lines. Support new product launches and market introductions. Provide market intelligence to guide future growth strategies. 5. Lead Commercial Execution Represent Aerofoam USA with professionalism while collaborating with operations, supply chain, marketing, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution and customer support. Key Deliverables Deliver accurate monthly sales forecasts and business updates. Support successful project execution from opportunity through delivery. Maintain CRM activity and provide competitive market intelligence. QualificationsQualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field preferred. 5–10 years of successful sales experience within the HVAC, mechanical insulation, building materials, refrigeration, or construction industries. Proven success managing sales throughout Latin America. Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is highly desirable. Strong understanding of the MEP and AEC markets. Experience selling through distribution, OEMs, contractors, and specification channels. Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to travel extensively throughout Latin America (50–70%).
