The international IT company Intetics is looking for an experienced L2 / L3 Support Engineer to join our team.
The role involves providing advanced technical support for enterprise analytics solutions built on Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, ETL platforms, and GIS technologies. You will investigate and resolve production incidents, monitor system performance, collaborate with engineering teams, and help ensure the stability and reliability of business-critical data platforms. Requirements
- Investigate and resolve L2/L3 production incidents.
- Support Power BI datasets, gateways, semantic models, and dashboard environments.
- Troubleshoot ETL pipelines, data integration processes, and data quality issues.
- Support GIS platforms and spatial data services.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
- Support software releases, patches, and platform upgrades.
- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with business users and engineering teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Requirements
- Experience providing L2/L3 production support.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power BI.
- Experience supporting ETL or data integration platforms.
- Experience performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting production environments.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools and performance optimization.
- Experience working within SLA-driven support processes.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience supporting ArcGIS or QGIS environments.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory.
- Experience supporting enterprise analytics or data platform solutions.
