Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling Designer / Materials Coordinator (Remote)

And we’re looking for a Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling Designer / Materials Coordinator to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Create complete kitchen and bathroom remodel designs using 2020 Design software.
2. Develop cabinet layouts, floor plans, elevations, renderings, and design documents.
3. Review jobsite measurements and project specifications to produce accurate and buildable designs.
4. Revise designs based on client feedback, supplier requirements, field conditions, and project updates.
5. Coordinate design details including cabinets, countertops, fixtures, vanities, hardware, trim, storage solutions, and related remodeling materials.
6. Request, review, and compare supplier quotes for cabinets, countertops, plumbing fixtures, tile, and other materials.
7. Communicate with suppliers to resolve design, pricing, specification, and availability concerns.
8. Maintain accurate records of material selections, specifications, supplier quotes, and order confirmations.
9. Place cabinet and material orders with approved suppliers.
10. Verify order details including dimensions, finishes, hardware, quantities, pricing, and delivery schedules.
11. Track material orders from purchase through delivery and communicate updates, delays, or backorders.
12. Coordinate with project managers to ensure materials arrive on schedule for installation.
13. Work closely with sales, project managers, field supervisors, installers, suppliers, and clients throughout each project.
14. Participate in design meetings, project handoffs, and supplier coordination meetings.
15. Identify and resolve design, material, and ordering issues before they impact project timelines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of expert-level experience using 2020 Design software for kitchen and bathroom remodeling
• Experience designing kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT to create presentation-quality renderings
• Strong knowledge of cabinets, cabinet layouts, countertops, fixtures, vanities, hardware, and remodeling materials
• Ability to interpret measurements, floor plans, elevations, layouts, and project scopes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, revisions, supplier quotes, and material orders simultaneously
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable coordinating directly with suppliers and internal teams
• Highly organized, dependable, and proactive
• Willing to work a minimum of 50 hours per week (Monday through Saturday)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cabinet ordering and supplier coordination
• Experience working for a kitchen and bathroom remodeling company, cabinet dealer, design-build company, or general contractor
• Knowledge of cabinet brands, construction methods, door styles, finishes, and accessories
• Familiarity with remodeling installation processes and field conditions
• Experience with estimating, purchasing, or project coordination
• Ability to identify design issues before they become field problems

Technical Requirements:

Schedule: Minimum 50 hours per week, Monday through Saturday (availability outside standard business hours may be required based on project needs)
Location: This is a remote job

Salary Package:

• PHP 80,000
