Junior System Administrator (Monitoring Team)

We are looking for a Junior System Administrator.

Your main tasks will be:

• Monitor the health of products and infrastructure and handle incoming alerts (150–250 per shift)
• Analyze alerts using Grafana dashboards, Zabbix metrics, and internal documentation, then fix the issue or escalate it
• Follow runbooks and instructions and do first-level troubleshooting on Linux and Windows servers
• Support the primary and senior duty administrators and join the response during major incidents
• Cover the primary duty shift on your own after onboarding, working with a team spread across several locations

We expect from you:

• 2+ years in system administration, monitoring, NOC/duty operations, or technical support
• Confident Linux command-line skills: connecting over SSH/VPN, navigating hosts, running Bash scripts
• Hands-on experience with Zabbix and Grafana at user level (metrics, hosts, host groups, dashboards)
• Understanding of monitoring basics
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Readiness for a rotating schedule: standard 5/2 (8-hour shifts) and 2/2 day and night shifts when covering for the primary duty administrator
• English at B1 level or higher
• Attention to detail and a responsible approach to work
