Junior Support Developer

Description

Tilson is looking for a Junior Support Developer to help maintain, support, and improve internal business applications and technology solutions. If you have foundational development and database skills and a passion for problem-solving, this is your opportunity to learn from senior technical experts and make an impact.

Requirements

• Provide day-to-day technical support for internally developed and third-party business applications. 
• Write and maintain basic to intermediate SQL queries, including SELECT statements, JOINs, filtering, aggregation, and data validation. 
• Support and maintain internal and external web applications and websites, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.   
• Assist with development, configuration, testing, upgrades, and troubleshooting of construction management and homebuilding software. 
• Support Microsoft SharePoint, including sites, lists, libraries, permissions, pages, forms, and business processes. 
• Assist with application integrations involving SQL databases, APIs, SharePoint, Power Platform, and other enterprise systems. 

Skills and Experience:

• Working knowledge of software development principles and relational database management systems.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and technical troubleshooting skills. 
• Ability to understand, troubleshoot, and enhance existing application code. 
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. 
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
