Junior Specialist (m/w/d), E-Commerce Operations

We are looking for a results-driven Junior E-Commerce Specialist (m/w/d) to join our D2C team in Germany. In this role, you will own e-commerce operations, lead the Shopify migration, and drive online revenue growth while enhancing the customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to our digital strategy in the German market.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify) to ensure a seamless customer journey
• Lead the Shopify migration project, including coordination of testing and UAT
• Drive online marketing initiatives in collaboration with SEO, SEA, and CRM teams
• Analyse website performance and sales data to identify growth opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams on product listings, inventory, and order fulfilment
• Conduct market and competitor analysis in the German e-commerce landscape
• Ensure compliance with German e-commerce regulations (e.g. GDPR)
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to stakeholders

Profile

• Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field
• Relevant experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, ideally in Germany
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital tools
• Analytical mindset and experience with web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics)
• Fluent in German and English
• Structured, hands-on, and team-oriented working style
