Junior Salesforce AI Engineer

We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey.

We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Junior AI Engineer.|

iFIT is looking for a technically curious, highly adaptable Junior AI Engineer to help build, implement, and scale AI-powered solutions across the Commercial organization.

This role is ideal for someone who loves learning new technologies, experimenting with AI, and finding better ways to solve business problems. You'll work across a variety of systems, applications, and workflows—using AI, automation, and software to eliminate manual work, improve decision-making, and increase team productivity.

Salesforce is one of the platforms you'll support, but this role is much broader than any single system. We're looking for someone who enjoys becoming an expert in whatever technology helps solve the problem.

Working alongside Commercial leadership, Sales, Product, and Operations, you'll help turn ideas into practical tools that create measurable business impact.

• Optimize the enterprise: Identify repetitive workflows and implement AI-powered automations and integrations that reduce manual effort and increase Commercial team efficiency.
• Deliver high-quality consumer experiences: Build dashboards, reporting tools, and lightweight applications that help Commercial teams make faster, better-informed decisions.
• Build the most compelling connected health & fitness platform: Experiment with and implement LLMs, AI agents, and workflow automation tools that solve real business problems across the Commercial organization.
• Build the value of our brand portfolio: Support CRM platforms, integrations, and business applications that enable sales and commercial operations to execute effectively and represent iFIT's brand with consistency.
• Make people, culture, and how we operate a competitive advantage: Collaborate with both technical and non-technical teammates, document solutions thoroughly, and help build a culture of continuous improvement and builder mindset.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Build & Improve

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered tools, automations, and workflows that improve how Commercial teams operate
• Identify repetitive work and implement technology solutions that save time and increase productivity
• Learn and support business systems across Commercial, quickly becoming proficient in new technologies as business needs evolve
• Partner with business leaders across each function to understand operational challenges and translate them into practical technical solutions
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and recommend opportunities to improve efficiency and decision-making

Support & Scale

• Configure, maintain, and optimize business applications, including CRM platforms such as Salesforce and other commercial technologies
• Build dashboards, reporting, and lightweight applications that help teams make better decisions
• Support integrations between business systems using APIs, automation platforms, and low-code tools
• Document solutions, maintain technical documentation, and ensure new tools are easy to support and scale
• Stay current on rapidly evolving AI capabilities and bring practical ideas back to the business

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Education and Basic Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or another modern programming language demonstrated through built automations, AI tools, scripts, or applications
• Hands-on experience experimenting with LLMs, AI agents, or workflow automation tools
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn unfamiliar software and technologies and become productive in new systems
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience
• 1–3 years of experience building software, automations, AI solutions, or business applications
• Experience with one or more CRM, ERP, or enterprise business systems (Salesforce experience helpful but not required)
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and workflow automation platforms
• Experience using modern AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies
• Experience with SQL, Python, JavaScript, or comparable programming languages
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ including pricing rules, product catalogs, quote templates, and approval workflows a plus
