The opportunity:

The Junior Real Estate Cold Caller is an entry-level role responsible for initiating contact with homeowners through outbound calls. This position focuses on generating and qualifying leads, gathering essential property and owner information, and supporting the sales pipeline by passing qualified prospects to Lead Managers. The role is ideal for individuals looking to build foundational skills in real estate sales, communication, and lead generation.


This is an independent contractor, remote-only role for individuals residing in the Philippines.


What you will do:

  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to homeowners to establish initial contact
  • Follow company-provided scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging
  • Collect and record basic lead information, including homeowner details and property insights
  • Identify potential interest and transfer qualified leads to Lead Managers
  • Accurately log call outcomes, notes, and follow-up actions in Salesforce
  • Develop skills in objection handling, lead qualification, and call flow under senior team guidance
  • Maintain daily calling targets to support a steady and active sales pipeline

What we are looking for:

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. English fluency is required
  • Willingness to learn and accept feedback
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in daily tasks

What we prefer to find:

  • 1-3 years of SDR, cold lead generation, or call center experience
  • Conversational or full fluency in Spanish is a plus
  • CRM administration experience. Salesforce knowledge is a plus

What success looks like:

  • Maintaining a high call activity with consistent, daily lead generation output
  • Accurate recordkeeping within our CRM
  • Delivery of clean, complete lead files to the sales team
