Position Scope:

This position is for a Junior Business Systems Analyst supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) with focus on Order Management and Supply Chain.

The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting, enhancing, and optimizing Oracle EBS Order Management, Shipping, and Supply Chain applications, including Order Management, Consignment, Shipping Execution, RMA, Procurement, Planning, and Inventory.

This position partners with Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, and business stakeholders, as well as database administrators and development teams, to analyze business requirements, recommend Oracle solutions, resolve complex production issues, and implement system enhancements. This role will also collaborate with interface software teams to ensure seamless connectivity and data integration with Oracle EBS.

We are seeking a motivated Oracle BA with a solid functional foundation in Order Management and Supply Chain, and the ability to take ownership of functional tasks and drive practical solutions through collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

Education and Experience:  

• Bachelors/Masters in Information Technology, Business Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience supporting Oracle EBS Order Management (OM) and Supply Chain (SC) applications.
• Experience partnering with global business organizations to implement Oracle solutions and improve business processes.

Essential Skills:

• Functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Order Management, Consignment, Shipping, RMA, Procurement, Planning, and Inventory applications.
• Experience with Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), and a strong understanding of the planning engine.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into formal functional specifications and engineering requirements.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to participate in functional discussions, and drive practical solutions across business and technical teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Oracle Workflow, Approvals Management (AME).
• SQL and Oracle DB knowledge for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting global organizations across multiple time zones.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support, analyze, configure, and enhance assigned modules and applications.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business cases, and assist in recommending scalable Oracle solutions.
• Develop functional specifications, coordinate testing, and work closely with developers through solution design, implementation, and production deployment.
• Investigate complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
• Serve as a key functional resource for OM and SC, supporting functional discussions and documenting business requirements.
• Provide production support for OM and SC applications while managing multiple priorities and strategic initiatives.
• Write and maintain comprehensive technical documentation describing requirements, logic, testing, and corrections.
• Support production deployments, post-go-live stabilization activities, implementation projects when required.
• Travel may be required to support implementation projects go-live, generally less than 10%.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
