Disclaimer:

As part of the transition following the sale by Finastra of the Teciem business, Finastra is supporting Teciem on a temporary basis by managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process for this position, including advertising, candidate outreach, interviews and selection. While certain points of contact in the hiring process will be Finastra staff, the successful candidate will be employed within the Teciem business and will carry out their role solely for Teciem.

The Work We Do

Teciem designs, builds, and delivers treasury and capital markets software solutions for financial institutions worldwide. We serve banks of every size and geography, offering the right setup for the right need.

Our solutions are designed to replace multiple disconnected systems with one complete, front-to-back platform, helping customers to capture trading and business opportunities quickly, clearly and with control. We cover the entire trading lifecycle, ensuring that everything - from execution to position keeping, to risk management – runs smoothly.

With decades of experience and one of the largest, most diverse client bases in the industry, we turn deep industry knowledge into software that covers most asset classes, meets complex real-world treasury and capital market's needs, and adapts as markets evolve.

We’re looking for a Junior HRIS Analyst who is eager to grow their Workday expertise and build a long‑term career in HR systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with initial exposure to Workday Core HCM who wants to expand into additional modules in a supportive, mentorship‑driven environment.

You’ll join a small, in‑house HRIS team where you’ll receive hands‑on coaching, real responsibility, and visibility across the full Workday ecosystem, without the expectation that you’re already an expert.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide Tier 2 support for Workday tickets via the Workday Help module

  • Support and learn day‑to‑day operations across the following Workday modules:

    • Core HCM

    • Absence

    • Recruiting

    • Learning

    • Reporting

    • EIBs

  • Troubleshoot issues, research root causes, and document solutions

  • Partner closely with HR Operations, HRBPs, and Talent Acquisition

  • Support testing, data validation, and release activities

  • Assist with configuration changes, enhancements, and small projects as your skills grow

  • Learn Workday best practices by collaborating with:

    • Internal experienced Workday Lead

    • External support partners

    • Workday Success Plans, including monthly specialist office hours and certified Workday training

What We’re Looking For

  • Early career experience (typically 2-3 years) supporting Workday Core HCM or another HRIS

  • Basic understanding of HR data and employee lifecycle concepts

  • Comfortable working in a ticket‑based support model

  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem solving

  • Clear, professional communication skills

  • Genuine curiosity and desire to learn Workday beyond Core HCM

You do not need prior experience in all Workday modules listed. Training, mentorship, and gradual exposure are provided.

Why This Role Is a Great Opportunity

  • Direct mentorship from an experienced HRIS Lead

  • Broad, hands‑on exposure to multiple Workday modules

  • Learn Workday in a generalist capacity, not just one niche area

  • Supported by external partners and Workday Success Plans

  • Clear growth path toward HRIS Analyst II / Workday Specialist

  • A realistic scope with room to learn — not a unicorn role

Work Style & Team

  • Based in Bucharest, where most of the HR team and company are located

  • Highly flexible work‑from‑home setup; office attendance is not tracked

  • Work primarily with HR Ops, HRBPs, and TA

  • Limited direct interaction with managers (handled via tickets)

  • Occasional collaboration with IT

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

  • Exposure to reporting or data analysis

  • Interest in system configuration or Workday certifications

  • Prior experience in HR Operations or People Systems
