About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate client profiles, itineraries, and payment details for all group members.
  • Support senior coordinators and travel consultants with group scheduling, rooming lists, and vendor logistics.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and assist with itinerary changes or issues for individual group members.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive client experience throughout the group travel process from initial booking to return.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, or hospitality preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability, especially when managing multiple schedules.
