What you’ll do:Support initial client engagement to determine if they’re a good fit for the business.
Work with our support team on the initial research and preparation of clients’ insurance proposals (Statements of Advice).
Communicate with clients via phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings (clear, warm, and professional).
Work with our support team on implementing insurance applications and keeping insurers/clients updated on progress.
Manage ongoing client communication and questions with care (and attention to detail).
Keep tasks, follow-ups, and timelines running smoothly so nothing slips through the cracks.
