What you’ll do:

• Support initial client engagement to determine if they’re a good fit for the business.

• Work with our support team on the initial research and preparation of clients’ insurance proposals (Statements of Advice).

• Communicate with clients via phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings (clear, warm, and professional).

• Work with our support team on implementing insurance applications and keeping insurers/clients updated on progress.

• Manage ongoing client communication and questions with care (and attention to detail).

• Keep tasks, follow-ups, and timelines running smoothly so nothing slips through the cracks.
